1. Nature of service
Gulf Presence provides candidate-side market intelligence, positioning analysis, and private advisory services for senior professionals targeting the GCC. Gulf Presence is not a recruitment agency, job board, employer representative, immigration adviser, legal adviser, or financial adviser, and does not represent employers or recruiters.
2. No recruitment or employer representation
We do not place candidates into jobs, we do not represent employers, and we do not contact employers, recruiters, or any third party on your behalf unless separately agreed in writing as part of a paid engagement.
3. No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, salary increases, visas, employer responses, recruiter contact, or placement outcomes. Outcomes depend on market conditions, your individual profile, and your own execution of any recommendations.
4. Your responsibility for submitted information
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the information you submit (including CV, LinkedIn text, contact details, and diagnostic answers). You confirm that you have the right to share that information with us.
5. Paid services
Paid services (such as private reviews, sprints, reports, and advisory work) are governed by these Terms together with the engagement scope confirmed in writing at the time of purchase. The paid service scope describes deliverables, timelines, and any limitations.
6. Payment
Fees, currency, and payment method are confirmed at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in full before work begins.
7. Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: refunds are available only if work has not started; once customised work has started, fees are non-refundable except where Gulf Presence cannot deliver the agreed scope.
8. Intellectual property
Reports, frameworks, methodology, scoring logic, and other materials produced by Gulf Presence are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your own personal career use. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute them.
9. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the platform lawfully, not to misrepresent your identity, not to attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer our content, and not to use the service to harass, defame, or harm any third party.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gulf Presence is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any direct loss is limited to the fees you have actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing law
