Refund Policy

When refunds are available
Refunds are available only if Gulf Presence has not started the paid review, research, analysis, report preparation, advisory work, or sprint. To request a refund before work starts, contact us at the email on the Contact page.
Once work has started
Because each engagement is customised — including private research, analysis, stakeholder mapping, positioning work, and advisory sessions — fees become non-refundable once Gulf Presence has begun the agreed scope.
If we cannot deliver the agreed scope
If Gulf Presence is unable to deliver the agreed service scope, we may offer additional work, service credit, a partial refund, or another reasonable remedy at our discretion.
Cancellations
You may cancel a planned engagement before work has started by writing to us. After work has started, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of work already performed or scheduled for delivery.
Disputes
We aim to resolve any concerns directly and quickly. Please raise issues with us first via the Contact page before any third-party process.
